Diraya is a voice-AI learning platform operated by Simitai (Doha, Qatar). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Use Diraya for lawful learning purposes. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.

Course content belongs to its creators. Platform software and brand belong to Simitai. Your inputs (voice, text) remain yours.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. Refunds at our discretion for unused time.

Diraya is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate with notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
